1) Will my email address will be used for SPAM?
Ans: We will not sell or rent your email address to another party.

2) Will this website sell secondary school exam papers?
Ans: We only sell primary school exam papers. Nevertheless, we are considering providing secondary school exam papers.

3) Will I be rewarded if I refer a friend to your website?
Ans: Though we do not have a tracking system to track your referrals, you can inform us via your contact-us page if you have referred your friends. We will do a manual tracking for all the purchases. We will then notify you via the email you provide us.  The referral fee rate is 50% of our sales. It is pretty rewarding!

4) Are the answers for the exam questions provided?
Ans: Answers are for all questions are provided except for compositions and listening comprehensions.

5) What is your satisfaction guarantee?
Ans: We provide 60 days satisfaction guarantee.

6) Can I request for a CD instead of download?
Ans: Yes. We will charge S$3.50 for handling fee if you ask for CD format.

Our products are downloadable from the Internet upon online payment though credit cards or Paypal.  However if you pay by direct transfer to our bank account in Singapore, we need to manually check your payment before sending you the download page. So, please give us 3 working days to do so.
